Move order and customer details into ready-made online sheets at your own pace, one checklist at a time.

Keep appointment diaries tidy for small operators and move bookings when people ask. Evening blocks available.

Read product pages against a short checklist — price, spelling, missing photos — and write down whatever the business needs to correct. Entirely checklist driven, and a good first role if you have never worked from home before.
WorkMosaic is a small placement team on the Coffs Coast. We would rather carry four roles we have actually spoken to an employer about than four hundred we have not. When a role fills it comes off the wall that day.
A short form asking your area and the hours you can genuinely cover.
Our HR team replies with the roles that match what you sent.
A friendly conversation to confirm the role and set a start date.
Training runs online and most people start in the same week.
Hours log as you work and are paid on the employer's normal cycle.
The range was printed on the tile. That is the only reason I bothered writing in at all.
Records work is quiet and I do it in two blocks. Nobody has questioned the hours I picked.
Messaged Monday, chat Tuesday, first shift the same week. Nothing to chase up.
Our HR team will message you on WhatsApp with the roles open near you right now, and answer anything you want to ask first.
No. Every role here is beginner friendly and comes with online training before your first shift. Being reliable matters far more than a long résumé, and plenty of the people we place have never worked from home before.
A phone is enough to get started — a laptop or desktop works too. You'll want a steady internet connection and a quiet place to sit. Anything specific to a role is explained before you agree to start, and you are never asked to buy anything.
Most people begin between 15 and 30 hours a week and adjust from there. You tell us the window you can cover and we work inside it — evening and weekend blocks exist on two of the four roles.
After you message our HR team on WhatsApp, most applicants finish their chat within two days and start in the same week. Training is online and runs before your first shift.
You do not have to send an application to get an answer. Email us and a member of the team replies directly, usually within one working day.
